Corn Bread Taco Bake
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 can (15 1/4 oz) corn-rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce-no salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup green pepper-chopped
1 McCormick's lower sodium taco seasoning
1 ( 8 1/2 oz) Jiffy cornbread mix
1/3 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup green onion-chopped
Prepare corn bread mix according to package directions. Stir in the onions. Spread over turkey mixture. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3-5 minutes longer until cheese melts and a toothpick inserted into cornbread comes out clean.
