Ingredients

    Sift together: 1c Brown Rice Flour & 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c milk
    3 tb butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in the blender
2. Cook 2-3 minutes in a lightly greased skillet
