Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cantaloupe, 1 cup, diced
    Soymilk, Hy-Vee Enriched Original, .75 cup
    Blackberries, fresh, .25 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves
    Flaxseed, ground, 1 T
    Honey, 1 t
    Greek Yogurt, yYoplait honey vanilla. 3 (oz)
    Green/Jasmine tea, brewed 1 C
    1 cup Ice

Directions

Makes4 snack-size smoothies, or two meal-sized.

Mix Ingredients in Blender. Serve cold.

For best results, mix honey into green tea before blending and allow it to cool.
