Lemon Linguine with Crab (revised from Linguine with Shrimp Scampi on Food network)

This sounds like a really strange creation, but I changed it from something I watched on the food network. This sounds like a really strange creation, but I changed it from something I watched on the food network.Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients
-
4 cloves of Garlic chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Country Crock calcium and vitamin D butter
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/3 cup chopped parsley leaves
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp of red peppers and cayenne mixed (if you like things less spicy then only add 1/8 tsp)
6 oz Fettuccine
1 cup Crab (you can switch this out with just about any seafood but the calories will change)
Directions
Cook linguine in large pot until noodles are as you like them.
While cooking noodles pull out a large pan. Melt butter and Olive oil on medium high heat. (Note: Do butter before olive oil as it may splatter on you) Add garlic, saute 1 minute be careful because your garlic will burn quick. Add crab and pepper. Once the crab is cooked remove from heat.
Add parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper/cayenne. Toss together.
Finally add linguine to pan. Once again toss together and serve.
