Introduction

I had some napa cabbage in my fridge and needed to use it up. It is tart, the way we like it, you may want to add more honey or substitute half of the yogurt with Miracle Whip you can. Ingredients

    1/2 head of napa cabbage, shredded
    2 baby bok choi, shredded
    1 apple, diced
    350 grams of plain yogurt
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1 tbsp honey
    chili flakes
    black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in large bowl and toss until well coated. Place in fridge for at least an hour to let flavours marry.
