Blacken Chick Fettuccine

Directions

combine all dry spices and and coat chicken....alow to rest for for up to 8 hours.

Discard rub and cook chicken in melted butter in pan.

Remove chicken when done and let stand.

Reserve drippings

Cook pasta as directed (we used Fettuccine) drain and set aside.

Saute all veggies in drippings until cooked to disired consistancy (we perfer al dete'. ) Remove veggies from pan... Add cream and wine and allow to reduce (thicken with cornstach if you wish).

Slice chicken into bite size strips and combine all ingredients back into pan.....top with grated cheese and enjoy
