Introduction

great soup in autum or winter can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner or as snack. great soup in autum or winter can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner or as snack.

Ingredients

    2 medium carrots
    2 medium onions
    1 clove of garlic
    4 cups of stock (I used chicken but vegetable can be used)
    800g can diced tomatos
    400g can brown lentils
    400g can cannellini beans

Directions

soften onion, carrot and garlic in pot. add stock and tomatos, cook for 15 minutes until thickens slightly. Add bens and lentils to the soup, sirring till heated through. ladle into serving bowns. Serve with parmesan and bread if desirred
