750g yogurt, plain, no fat
3 cups of water
1/2 cup of walnuts
1-2 pinches of dried dill, or about 1/2 cup fresh dill
3-4 cloves garlic
Chop cucumber in small pieces. Finely dice garlic. Crush walnuts. Mix together.
Stir yogurt with water, add above mixture, sprinkle with dill. Refrigerate. Enjoy.
