Introduction

Cold yogurt soup with garlic and cucumbers. Light in calories and very refreshing in the summer. Cold yogurt soup with garlic and cucumbers. Light in calories and very refreshing in the summer.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cucumber
    750g yogurt, plain, no fat
    3 cups of water
    1/2 cup of walnuts
    1-2 pinches of dried dill, or about 1/2 cup fresh dill
    3-4 cloves garlic

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings.
Chop cucumber in small pieces. Finely dice garlic. Crush walnuts. Mix together.
Stir yogurt with water, add above mixture, sprinkle with dill. Refrigerate. Enjoy.
