Garlic Heavy Hummus

Introduction

If you *don't* like garlic, then this is not the recipe for you. Of course, you can always take some of the anti-vampire kick out of it by only using one small clove. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans -- lightly drained
    1 tbl sesame oil
    1 tsp olive oil
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Juice of 1/2 a lemon
    Ground cumin seed, 1 tsp
    A pinch of Paprika

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Grind thoroughly until the texture is smooth. If it is too dry, add a little bit of water 1 tsp at a time until it reaches a nice consistency.

Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
