1 box Ronzoni smart taste elbows 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1 1/4 cups shredded 2% sharp cheddar 2T brummel and brown dried mustard, to taste
Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Lower heat in large saucepan to medium-low. Add butter and milk and stir in dried mustard. Add 1c cheddar and 1/2c mozzarella and stir until melted. Add macaroni back in and stir. Pour in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Top with remaining 1/4c cheddar. Bake at 350 until melted and cheese on top is crunchy, approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit up for 5 minutes.
