Pie Crust

Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Flour, sifted
    .5 teaspoon Salt
    .5 cup Shortening [Like Crisco]
    3 to 4 tablespoons water

Directions

Sift flour twice into bowl with salt. Mix shortening with flour and salt. Cross cut with knives until dough forms pea size balls. Stir in 3 - 4 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Roll dough into a ball and roll it flat. Refrigerate before cooking to make cold. Use fork to punch holes in bottom and sides of crust. Cook at 425 for 12 - 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
