Ingredients

    3 Egg Whites
    Dash of Cream of Tartar
    Dash of Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    3 Tablespoons Sugar

Directions

With electric mixer beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add cream of tartar and salt. Slowly add sugar continuing to beat until peaks are stiff. Add vanilla and mix in.
