Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks 80g or 1 cup crumbs
Butter, salted, 1/4 cup melted
PC Blue Menu Light Cream Cheese 250 g pkg
Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2/3 cup
lime zest, 2 tsp
mint 2 tbsp chopped
Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime,
CoolWhip Low Fat - 95% Fat Free, 1 3/4 cups divided
Beat cream cheese, splenda, lime zest and juice and 1 1/4 cups of cool whip together and spread over prepared crust.
Freeze for 4 hours. Use plastic wrap to remove dessert from pan. Top with remaining coolwhip.
