Note, keep all fruit frozen. It acts as the ice and doesn't water down your smoothie! You can add protein powder to make it a meal. Ingredients

    * *dole mango chunks (frozen), 1.5 cup (remove)
    * *Great Value Berry Medley, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * *Great Value Frozen Peaches, .75 cup (remove)
    * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Add to blender and blend it up! Makes approx 3-12 oz smoothies!
