Toni's Gazpacho

Ingredients

    1 C tomato peeeled and seeded
    1/2 C red pepper, chopped
    1/2 C celery, chopped
    1/2 C cucumber, chopped
    1/4 C green onion, hand chopped
    1 t parsley, snipped
    1 t cilantro, snipped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 T wine vinegar
    1 T olive oil
    1 T vegtable oil
    1 t salt
    1/4 t pepper, freshly ground
    1/2 t worcestershire sauce
    2 C tomato juice

Directions

For best flavor, hand chop all ingredients to uniform, small/medium dice. If you cannot do that, you still need to hand chop the onions. Combine all ingredients in a glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and chill at least four hours.
