    1-2 tbsp water
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tbs dried oregano
    4 cups lettuce, any kind
2 cups spinach or arugula coarsely chopped
    1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced

    Dressing:
1 clove garlic minced or crushed

    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp chervil
