chicken enchiladas

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Enchillada Sauce - Red (4 1/2 servings per can), 9 cup
    *Cheese, Kraft Shredded Colby & Jack, 1.5 cup
    *Azteca 10 Flour Tortillas, 6 serving
    *Chicken Breast - Kroger Boneless, Skinless, 8 oz
    *Onions
    *Garlic
    *Crushed red pepper, chilli powder, cumin, cayene pepper

Directions

Cook the chicken (I boiled mine) then shred the chicken. While shredding, sautee garlic and onions. Add chicken and spices to the sautee pan and add one can of enchilida sauce and 1/5 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into tortillas that have been moistened with the enchilida sauce, roll, and place in baking pan. Cover enchilidas with rest of red sauce and top with cheese. Bake until brown
