Turkey Swiss Burger

Introduction

Very tasty and filling! served on their own or as an open faced burger on a whole wheat Kaiser.

Easy to make and pleases everyone.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 c diced white onion
    2 diced green onions
    1 clove of minced garlic
    1/2 c chopped spinach
    2 egg whites lightly beaten
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    100 grams Swiss Cheese thinly sliced


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl ensuring the egg white is evenly spread throughout the mixture. Shape into 3 1/2 inch patties.

Preheat non-stick griddle to 375F and spray with cooking spray. Cook patties for approx 15 minutes. Top with swiss cheese and allow to melt.

Makes 8 3 1/2 inch patties
