Ingredients

    1 Onion, sliced
    2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
    2 Cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tablespoon butter
    1 "glass" of wine or to taste

Directions

Melt butter and sautee garlic, onion, mushroom. Cook until tender add wine and cook on med high to high heat until wine is reduced.

Serve by itself as a side or on a steak.
