Ingredients

1/2 banana, mashed
4 TBSP rolled oats
2 tsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. sesame seeds
2 medium prune, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 dried apricots, chopped fine
Directions
Mash banana. Add the other ingredients and mix together well. Form into a bar and put onto parchment paper on a a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 min.
