1 cup whole grain wheat flour
1/2 cup whole grain yellow corn flour
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup low fat milk
2. Mix flours and sugar together. Add baking powder and cinnamon and mix.
3. Add vanilla, egg and milk. Mix until all flour is moistoned, but there are still lumps.
4. Prepare according to your preferences.
5. Enjoy with real maple syrup or fruit sauce!
