REVISED-Krissyswim's Oat Pancake

Introduction

Replaced egg with flax seed meal. Lower fat, calories, and no cholestrol. Replaced egg with flax seed meal. Lower fat, calories, and no cholestrol.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup of oats
    *this egg replacement as suggested on the bag of flex seed meal*
    1/2 tbsp of flax seed meal + 2 tbsp of water = let sit for 2 mins.
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
    cinnamon or nutmeg to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and lightly pan fry, usng very little cooking spray.
I top this with all sorts of fresh berries or bananas, little maple syrup...it's my all time favorite breakfast item.
