    2 SLICES WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
    2 EGGS
    1 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE, LOW FAT
    1 TBSP PARSLEY
    JUICE FROM SALMON AND 1% MILK TO MAKE 1 CUP
    1 TSP CHOPPED FRESH DILL
    2 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN ONION

SPRAY 2 SMALL ROUND CASSEROLE DISHES WITH COOKING SPRAY. ADD 1 SLICE OF BREAD TO EACH OF THE CASSEROLES. DIVIDE THE SALMON BETWEEN THE TWO CASSEROLES. DIVIDE THE CHEESE OVER THE SALMON.
