A low calorie, crustless berry pie. I think this may be a Weight Watcher-type recipe worth 6 points for the whole pie--so 1 point per serving. Ingredients

1 cup Blueberries, fresh
2 cups Strawberries, fresh, sliced
1 cup Blackberries, fresh
2 cups water
1 (22 g) box Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding dry mix
1 (8.5 g) box JELL-O® Gelatin, sugar free, Strawberry, dry mix
Directions
Spray a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate or 8 or 9-inch square glass dish with vegetable spray. Layer washed berries in dish.
In microwave-safe bowl, mix water and pudding mix. Cook on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute with a whisk, until boiling. Remove from microwave and add gelatin mix; stir for 2 minutes to dissolve gelatin.
Let cool for about 5-10 minutes. Pour evenly over fruit. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. May be served with sugar free whipped topping or sugar free, low fat ice cream not included in nutrition information.
