15 oz salmon 1 cup chopped onions 2 eggs, beaten 1-1/2 cup ground oats (put them in the blender) 1 cup tomato sauce
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees (Note: these can also be easily cooked outside on the grill). Drain the salmon (or tuna). Add to a bowl and mash. Add eggs (beat in a separate bowl first). Add onion, tomato sauce, and ground oats, mixing well. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Put in oven for 15-20 min. Check to see if they are browning and strong enough to flip over with a spatula. Turn them and wait another 5-10 min.
