Pink Salmon (fish), 250 grams
Lime Juice, 15 mL
Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
Dill weed, dried, .5 tbsp
*Lemon Juice, 15 mL
Basil, .5 tbsp
mix with other ingredients.
Marinate in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Put into small moulds or ramikins press to shape and turn out onyo a green salad.
