Fake "Fried" Breaded Veggies

Introduction

These onion rings and fake fried zucchini, cauliflower, and mushrooms are packed with flavor but not calories or fat. Only 1 Weight Watcher point per serving! These onion rings and fake fried zucchini, cauliflower, and mushrooms are packed with flavor but not calories or fat. Only 1 Weight Watcher point per serving!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/4 cup light Italian dressing
    4 cups vegetables (zucchini slices, onion rings, cauliflower flowerets, mushroom caps, broccoli flowerets, okra slices, and/or eggplant slices)

Directions

1. Spray baking sheet with no stick spray and preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Combine crumbs, cheese, paprika, and pepper.
3. Coat veggies with salad dressing.
4. Roll Veggies in crumb mixture.
5. Bake for 9-11 minutes at 450 degrees.


*You can use just about any vegetable(s) you wish. Think of anything that tastes good deep fried. For the purposes of the nutrition information, I used zucchini, onion, cauliflower, and mushrooms.
