Introduction

Easiest beer bread recipe ever! Use any kind of beer you like and YOU MUST SIFT YOUR FLOUR FIRST! I promise this makes a HUGE difference. Easiest beer bread recipe ever! Use any kind of beer you like and YOU MUST SIFT YOUR FLOUR FIRST! I promise this makes a HUGE difference.

Ingredients

    1.5 C white flour (sifted!!)
    1.5 C wheat flour (sifted!!)
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 sugar
    12 oz beer
    2 TBSP Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, melted
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Sift flour into a medium bowl and mix all ingredients together EXCEPT for butter.

Melt butter.

Pour batter into pan.

Pour butter over top of dough and bake for one hour.
