Shrimp & Pasta

Introduction

This is a very filling great dinner! This is a very filling great dinner!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 oz Shrimp, clean peeled
    2 oz pasta
    1.5 cup broccoli
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 garlic cloves minced

Directions

Steam Broccoli
cook pasta according to directions

In a frying pan place 1 tbsp of olive oil and heat. Once hot add uncooked shrimp, broccoli and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Add drained pasta to frying pan and fry for another minute or two to mix flavors. Put on serving plate and enjoy!
