Simple Turkey Pot Pie

Introduction

This is a quick & simple pot pie, that serves 4. this is a great way to get picky kids to eat their vegetables.

This is inspired by Bisquick's Chicken pot pie. Variations that can be made is to add in a can of cream of mushroom soup, or make it with beef instead of turkey. Any change of recipe will of course change the nutrient info.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium or large onion
    1 16oz package frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Brown turkey & onion, add mixed veg. Mix bisquick, milk, and egg.

Pick
A) Spray 4 small casserole dishes with non stick spray, and divide the turkey mix between them, divide the bisquick mix between them.

B) Spray a large casserole dish with non stick spray. Pour in the turkey mix. Pour the bisquick mix on top.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
