Rice with Onions and Peppers

Introduction

Nice quick side dish. Nice quick side dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Uncle Bens Uncooked Med Grain Rice
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced pepper
    1 tbls bummel (butter substitute)
    1 large cube chicken bullion
    2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Saute onions and peppers in brummel, add rice and saute for 1 - 2 minutes till rice is glazed. Add chicken bullion cube and two cups of water. Boil for 1 minute, turn down heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes. At last minute stir in teaspoons of soy sauce and mix throughly. Serve warm.
