I usually have a cup of this smoothie around 10 AM and am so full that I do not think about food for many hours. It is very filling and it is raw - for those who are on a raw diet. Ingredients

    1 fresh banana, small
    1 medium fresh apple, not peeled
    1 small fresh pear, not peeled
    1 cup tap water


Directions

Place all in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 3 or 4 1-cup servings.
