Noodle Kugel

Ingredients

    - 4 Egg Whites
    - 1/4 lb (8 tbsp) Smart Balance Light
    - 1/2 cup Splenda
    - 8 oz Cream Cheese
    - 8 oz Sour Cream
    - 1 cup Egg Substitute
    - 1 12oz package Yolk Free Egg Noodles

Directions

Makes approx. 24 servings.

Preheat oven to 350.

Beat egg whites into stiff peaks and set aside. Melt butter and add in order: splenda, cream cheese, sour cream, egg substitute. Fold in egg noodles and then fold in the beaten egg whites.

Bake in a 13x9 greased pan for 1 hour.
