Judy's Easy Bean Salad

Introduction

4-bean salad with vinegar and oil type dressing 4-bean salad with vinegar and oil type dressing
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    2 cans lima beans
    2 cans green beans
    2 cans wax beans
    1 cup sugar (or sugar substitue equivalent)
    1 cup red wine vinegar
    3/4 cup oil

Directions

Mix oil, sugar and vinegar together. Drain beans and pour into bowl. Pour dressing over beans and mix well. Allow beans to sit in dressing for several hours or even better, overnight to get the full flavor. Make 16-17 1 cup servings
