Spicy Bean Salad

Introduction

Inspired by a Mexican Salsa Inspired by a Mexican Salsa
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
    1 can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    1 cup corn kernels (defrost if frozen)
    2 cloves minced garlic (about 1 tsp)
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp sherry vinegar
    A dash of cayenne
    1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions

Mix it all together in a bowl and enjoy.

Serves 6 (could stretch to 8 with a smaller side)
