Erika's Italian Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

    1.5 c fresh spinach
    1 T butter, salted
    1.5 t fresh minced garlic
    1.5 oz green pepper, julienned
    1.5 oz red pepper, julienned
    1.3 oz baby bella mushrooms
    9.5 oz skinless boneless chicken breast, chopped/sliced
    1/3 c college inn chicken broth
    2 T Price Chopper light italian dressing
    1.5 c fresh spinach

    15 oz ronzoni healthy harvest whole wheat spaghetti

Directions

makes 4 servings...

melt butter in pan, and saute garlic. add the chicken and cook the outsides. then add remaining vegetables.

once chicken is almost cooked, add the chicken broth and dressings.

while chicken is cooking put water on the stove for the pasta and being cooking pasta.

once chicken is done and pasta is done, mix together and serve! :) Enjoy!
