Ingredients

    .1 15OZ CAN KIDNEY BEANS
    1 15OZ CAN BLACK BEANS
    .1 15OZ CAN CHICK PEAS
    .1 15OZ CAN NAVY BEANS
    ..1 CUP CELERY
    . 1 C UP ONION
    1/4 C CILANTRO
    10 OZ PKG FROZEN CORN
    16 OZ CAN CHOPPED MEXICAN TOMATOES
    .1/4 C BALSMATIC VINEGAR
    1/2 TSP RED PEPPER (OPT)


Directions

DRAIN AND RINSE THE BEANS IN A COLANDER. CHOP THE CELERY,ONION, CILANTRO AND GARLIC. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL NEEED.

MAKES APPROX. 6 1 1/2 C SERVINGS
