Authentic Garlic Bread

Introduction

This is so much better than store brands and full of heart healthy stuff. This is so much better than store brands and full of heart healthy stuff.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 loaf Italian or French Bread
    3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 tsp heart smart margarine
    4-5 cloves minced garlic or as much as you can take
    1oz Romano or Parmesan Reggiano

Directions

Cut the loaf in half lengthwise and drizzle the olive oil over it. Mix minced garlic with the margarine and spread over the bread. Sprinkle with cheese.

Broil for 2-4 minutes. Do not walk away! Watch closely and take out of oven as soon as it is golden brown. Slice and Enjoy!
