Just Plain Meat Loaf (reduced sodium & cholesterol)

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs - Ground Beef, 96% lean
1 c. - Quick-Cooking Oats (Quaker)
1/2 c. - Nonfat Milk
1/2 c. - Egg Substitute (Best of the Egg)
1/4 c. - Ketchup (Heinz)
1/2 c. - Chopped Onion
1/2 c. - Chopped Bell Pepper
1 tsp - Minced Garlic
1 tsp - Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp - Pepper
1/2 tsp - Salt (optional)
Tips
Directions
1) Mix all ingredients until blended.
2) Pat mixture into ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 inches, or shape into a loaf in a baking pan.
3) Bake at 350 degrees until juices run clear and meat thermometer registers 170 degrees, about 1 hour.
4) Let stand in pan 10 minutes; invert onto serving plate.
