Turkey Burgers

Introduction

Quick, delicious and low carb. Good by themselves, no bread or sauce needed! Quick, delicious and low carb. Good by themselves, no bread or sauce needed!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    1 tbsp. Oregano, ground
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 Red Onion, chopped
    1 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped

    This can be served over Salad or by itself. Does not need anything additional, the tomatoes and cheese provide plenty of flavor. All ingredients above are flexible, you can use more or less depending on what your taste is.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, allow to chill in the refrigerator 5-10 minutes. Cook on a grill (George Forman) or a skillet. 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway through.
