Ingredients

    3/4 cups white rice
    1-1/2 cups beef (or chicken) broth
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    about a 1/4 cup water

Directions

bring to a boil rice, onions and celery to broth in med. sauce pot, simmer for about 15-20 minutes until rice is tender. serve hot, makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
