Preheat oven to 350. Mix together 1 cup whole-wheat flour, 2 cup oats, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda, and 3 bananas, mashed. Mix together 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup honey, 4 tbsp vanilla; add to banana mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined. Place in greased muffin tins and bake 12 min. Serve with a glass of skim milk. (Freeze Leftovers).
