Big Daddy Salmon Patties

Ingredients

    1 can pink Salmon
    1/2 med onion
    1 stalk of celery
    1/4 green pepper
    1/4 cup of egg substitue
    1/4 cup of bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
    1/2 cup cream corn

Directions

Remove the skin and bones from a can of salmon. Finely chop celery, onion, and pepper. Combine the vegetables (including corn), egg, salmon, bread-crumbs and seasoning together. Measure 4 equal servings and place dippers of the mixture onto a well oiled frying pan. Cook about 5 minutes on each side (until browned). Remove from heat.
