    5 Dried Plums (prunes), 13 grams Grape-Nuts Cereal, 10 Grams Raw Sliced Almonds, 40 grams Dried Apricots, 51 grams (1 servings) Go Lean Crisp with Berries

Directions

Dice prunes and apricots, add to Grape-Nuts, Almonds and Go Lean Crisp in a bowl. Mix well- separate the prunes and apricots as they will stick to everything. Makes three 50 grams servings (approximately). Almost fills up a snack ziploc bag.
