Tuna Flapjack

Introduction

Same recipe as the Dukan Diet Galette, with tuna and spices added. Same recipe as the Dukan Diet Galette, with tuna and spices added.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    115g Tuna in water (drained weight)
    1 Egg
    3 Tablespoons (26g) Oat Bran
    2 Tablespoons (33g) Fromage frais
    Curry powder/herbs/spices to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Put in a lightly oiled fry pan, let it brown, flip and brown other side and done.

Makes one pancake/flapjack
