Ingredients

    1/3 c Orange Juice (or 1 small Orange Freshly squeezed)
    1/2 c Grapefruit Juice (or 1 small Grapefruit Freshly squeezed)
    1/2 small ripe Banana
    1/4 c sliced strawberries (or any other fruit you prefer)
    1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    1/2 c nonfat Plain Yogurt

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly. I love my Magic Bullet for this. My recipe uses canned orange juice (Five Alive) and a Grapefruit juice Blend so calories and carbs are slightly higher than if you used fresh ingredients. And depending on what protein powder you use, the nutritional value will vary. Here's what it would approximately be with fresh ingredients:
Calories: 260, Total Fats: 2g, Saturated Fat: 1g, Cholesterol: 40mg, Sodium: 90g, Carbs: 38g, Fiber: 5g, Sugars: 30g, Protein: 24g, Iron: 1mg.
