Introduction

My mom taught me this one My mom taught me this one
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 5oz cans of tuna (in water)
    2C cooked rice
    3 eggs
    onion salt
    pepper
    1T Worchestershire sauce

Directions

This can be done in one large skillet or you can mix it all together later.

Simmer tuna for about 2-3 minutes.

Scramble eggs in a little margarine, butter, or oil. Add onion salt and pepper to taste.

Stir tuna, rice, and eggs together. Add Worchestershire sauce. Simmer for 3-5 more minutes while stirring

Serves 4.
