Ingredients

    1 chicken breast (no skin) cut as if to stuff
    dip in egg and flower
    pan fry in pam turning once until cooked through
    remove from pan
    Add small heavy cream (would like to make this lighter)
    Add stong ground mustard and horshradish to taste
    cook a few minutes until starts to thicken
    Pour over cooked chicken and serve.
    makes 2 servings

one boneless, skinless chicken breast cut fillet
cut as if going to add stuffing
