Ingredients

    3 italian herb flatout wraps
    2/3 cup salsa
    20 oz frozen broccoli
    5 oz frozen spinach
    1.5 cups black beans [1 small can, rinsed]
    1 tsp hot sauce
    1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

combine salsa, spinach, broccoli, spices, and beans. cook for 15 minutes or until flavors meld.

serve with flatout. you can roll it up or bake the flat outs so they get crispy and chip-like.
