Ingredients

    3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 onion, peeled and sliced thinly
    1 tbsp garlic salt
    1 cup white vinegar

Directions

combine all ingredients

chill in tuperware

eat after 24 hours MINIMUM

  • I made this with some alterations. Omitted the garlic salt, used sweet red onions and substituted seasoned rice vinegar for the white...and just added a splash of pineapple vinegar. I also used English cucumbers. This is great to keep in the fridge for snacking!! - 3/25/08
